Shelton Roulhac is an accomplished communications and public policy leader with over 15 years of experience in the credit union and global development sectors. He is the founder and principal of Thompson-Roulhac Solutions, where he advises organizations such as the African-American Credit Union Coalition on strategic engagement, crisis communication, and policy advocacy. Previously, he served as Director of Strategic Communications at IREX, leading global campaigns to advance inclusive and prosperous societies. His earlier roles include Vice President of Communications at the National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors, Senior Director of Advocacy at America’s Credit Unions, and Senior Policy Analyst at the Council on Foundations. Shelton holds a BSc in Economics from Florida A&M University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
