Ralph Tseka

Ralph Tseka is a distinguished economist currently leading the World Bank–funded Financial Inclusion and Entrepreneurship Scaling (FInES) Project at the Reserve Bank of Malawi. He holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK, and has built a distinguished career at the Reserve Bank, where he held senior roles in Public Relations, Financial Markets, Strategy and Risk Management, and Research & Statistics. His expertise spans macroeconomic policy, financial markets, and institutional strategy. As Project Manager of FInES, Ralph has driven major progress in expanding access to finance for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a strong emphasis on empowering women and youth. His leadership continues to advance inclusive growth and economic resilience across Malawi.
