Mr. Jackson Kwikiriza is an accomplished cooperative development and rural finance expert with over 15 years of experience in project planning, institutional strengthening, governance, and leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from UMI, an Advanced Diploma in Cooperative Management from the University of Nairobi, and an MBA in Management from AUCA, Rwanda. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP, USA), he has also received specialized training in agricultural cooperatives in Japan. Mr. Kwikiriza has worked with organizations such as IFC/World Bank and USAID on financial inclusion and rural development initiatives. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR).
