President Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU)

Hally Haynes of passionate and cherished credit union leader who has dedicated over 37 years of his life to the credit union movement of Barbados. In 2011, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU), where he has performed several duties, including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President. In 2023 he was re-elected as the President of the CCCU and is currently serving in that capacity, representing the region at the highest level. He is also currently the 1st Vice President of the Barbados Co-operative and Credit Union League. Mr. Haynes continues to play a pivotal role in education outreach and is a proud CaribDE and USA Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE). In July 2017, he was awarded the prestigious International Credit Union Development Educator (ICUDE) designation by World Council of Credit Unions.

Mr. Haynes serves in the World Council of Credit Unions, a position he has held since February 2025.
