Dr. Samuel Otu-Nyarko is a Consultant Public Health Physician and Commissioner of Police in the Ghana Police Service, currently serving as Head of the Ghana Police Health Service. He oversees two hospitals and more than twenty clinics nationwide. He holds an MPH and an MPhil in Clinical Epidemiology and is both a Member and Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians. An adjunct lecturer at Central University, his research focuses on HIV/AIDS, preeclampsia, and partner violence among pregnant women, with publications in reputable journals. Dr. Otu-Nyarko has extensive international experience in health leadership and consultancy. Passionate about financial empowerment for police personnel, he chairs the Police Hospital Cooperative Credit Union, the Accra Chapter of Co-operative Credit Unions, and serves as the National Chair of CUA.
