Dr. Johnson Wotu (ICUDE)

Dr. Johnson Wotu is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer-1 of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd., overseeing Administration, Financial Services, Accounts, and the Credit Unions Training Centre. He holds a PhD in Finance from the Business University of Costa Rica, an MCom in Microfinance from Pentecost University, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Nigeria. A Chartered Credit Management Professional, he also holds a Diploma in Insurance Practice and training from the Ghana Stock Exchange. Dr. Wotu is a Fellow of both the Institute of Development Finance and the Institute of Project Management–Ghana, as well as an African and International Development Educator (ADE & I-CUDE). With prior experience at Barclays Bank (now ABSA), he is known for strategic leadership, financial innovation, and advancing cooperative growth.
