Dr. B.B.B. Bingab (AADE, ICUDE)

Dr. Bingab (B.B) is an accomplished teacher, administrator, and researcher with extensive experience in education and cooperative leadership. He holds multiple qualifications, including a PhD in Development Administration (Thailand), MSc in Project Planning and Management (UK), and PRINCE2 certification (UK). A dedicated academic, he has taught at all levels in Ghana and currently serves as Dean of Student Affairs at the University of Education, Winneba, where he previously held key administrative positions. His research focuses on governance, leadership, management, and public policy, with over 15 peer-reviewed publications. A long-standing member of the credit union movement since 2004, Dr. Bingab is the National President and Board Chair of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) and Board Chair of the University of Education, Winneba Co-operative Credit Union.
