Cyprian Basing (AADE, CanadaDE)

Mr. Cyprian K. A. Basing is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished Administrator with over 20 years of experience in finance, procurement, investments, and corporate governance. He is a Fellow of ACCA (UK), a member of ICAG, and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and an MPhil in Leadership from UPSA.

Currently he is the CEO of the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd, he previously served over a decade as Director of Finance at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission, where he implemented GIFMIS and restructured financial systems. A committed cooperative leader, he has served the Credit Union movement since 2000, is an Advanced Africa Development Educator (ADE), and chairs the Board of Wutiiwihi Ltd.
